1 – USE OF ACCOUNT
1.1 You are the person responsible for your account. You are obliged to maintain security by not sharing the “login” and/or password with third parties. In this sense, all activities carried out on your account are your sole responsibility.
1.2 If you suspect that the security of your information has been compromised for any reason, you must immediately notify DON-VIP via our support service.
1.3 You must comply with these rules of conduct and always respect other DON-VIP users.
2 – BAD BEHAVIOR – PLAYER
2.1 DON-VIP services may not be used to promote activities such as spam, e-waste, chains, pyramids or any repeated and unwanted user messages. Using the site to collect information from other users is prohibited.
2.2 It is prohibited to organize, conduct or simply support attacks on the DON-VIP server. No user may be restricted from accessing our website.
2.3 It is prohibited to create a false identity to gain benefits at the expense of other users or DON-VIP.
3 – FRAUD
3.1 Attempting to deceive the DON-VIP payment system is prohibited. If an attempt at fraud is detected that makes it impossible to pay for a top-up of a game or any other product, the top-up will be canceled.
3.2 If the user does not pay for the top-up, the purchase will be canceled and the credits will not be credited to the user's account.
4 – PENALTIES
4.1 Misbehavior, fraud or improper use of the account may result in the user being penalized. Your top-up or product may be canceled and your account may be blocked.
5 – COPYRIGHT
5.1 You are aware that you must comply with local laws regarding the use of information systems.
5.2 It is prohibited to send or disclose files containing images, software or any other material protected by intellectual property, copyright, trademark, image rights and privacy rights, unless you are the owner of these rights or have received permission to do so.
6 – ILLEGAL / SUSPICIOUS PROGRAMS
6.1 The use of any parallel program that interferes with the operation of DON-VIP services or any other related product is prohibited.
6.2 The use of any parallel program that modifies the original functions of the platform, regardless of whether it is intended for the benefit of users, is prohibited.
6.3 Interference with the transmission of data from DON-VIP servers is prohibited.
6.4 It is prohibited to use DON-VIP services to send malicious files to websites or to any user of the platform.
6.5. You will fully comply with the rules for using products produced in games.
7 – SALE OF PRODUCTS
7.1 Purchase of DON-VIP products and top-ups at the owner’s expense is made in a personal and non-transferable form. DON-VIP is not responsible for irregular, unauthorized and shared use of the account by third parties.
7.2 Purchase of DON-VIP products or top-ups for the purpose of sending to third parties is the responsibility of the user.
7.3 DON-VIP cannot be held responsible for any product or top-up sold by people outside of our official store.
8 – GENERAL RULES
8.1 Use / abuse of any bug found on our platform is prohibited. If you find an error, please report it to us via our Livechat support channel or by email.
